Iran is Our Enemy

In mid-March 2011, the Peninsula Shield Force stood with Bahrain against Iranian aggression. Tehran's agents planned to invade Manama had it not been for Riyadh's vigilance and quick response to defend the Bahraini people.

Today, nineteen years after Iran's ongoing conspiracies, we must be aware that Tehran intends to attack one of the GCC states directly or through its proxies in the region. Tehran's hostile records testify to the Iranian regime attacks on Saudi diplomatic missions in both Mashhad and Tehran. Actually, Iran’s support for terrorists in Bahrain is primarily meant to irritate the government.

In addition, Tehran planned the assassination of Saudi diplomats in Thailand and Karachi. Tehran also attempted the assassination of the Saudi ambassador to Iraq, Thamer Al-Sabhan, and Adel Al-Jubeir, then Saudi ambassador in Washington.

Iran fired missiles at Saudi oil refineries, and supported extremist militias around the world. The brutal attacks on the diplomatic missions and peacekeeping forces in the region demonstrate Iranian bad intents.

Intelligence reports issued by the US Department of Defense, confirmed that Iranian intelligence services were training tens of thousands of intelligence personnel to carry out assassinations around the world. However, president Obama’s administration, paid little or no attention to Iranian aggression.

Our most dangerous enemy is Iran, the series of serious crimes committed by the Iranian regime against ambassadors, diplomats, and opponents of the mullahs' regime, are known and documented. Furthermore, Tehran’s nurturing of (associates) in the Gulf area is both ideological and opportunistic.

Despite the escalation of international condemnations and the continuing Arab boycott of Iran, Tehran still supports armed Shiite militias in Iraq, including Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq, Hezbollah and Badr Organization. Furthermore, Iran continues to develop its missile arsenal despite international condemnations.
